Zeta 6 Survivors Release 0.3.3

The most obvious change is that the game now starts in a window. You can go into the configuration and change the size, or make it full screen. The upgrade to SDL3 has also allowed a lot of tweaks to the start up and other low level processes that likely fixed a lot of small bugs to do with window creation timing etc.
